Our vision, Ma Te huruhuru, Ka rere Te manu – Adorn the bird with feathers so it can fly, reflects our belief that every child deserves the support, opportunities, and guidance they need to thrive. At the heart of our school are the values of Ako (we are all learners and teachers), Manaakitanga (respect for ourselves, others, and our community), Kotahitanga (working together and celebrating success), and Whakawhanake (continual growth alongside our community). These values shape our teaching, learning, and relationships, guiding us as a connected and supportive school whānau.

As a PB4L school, we actively teach and celebrate positive behaviour, focusing on recognising and reinforcing the values we want to see in action. Through consistent expectations, encouragement, and strong partnerships with whānau, we ensure that every child has the foundation to succeed academically, socially, and personally.
