Hi, my name is Caela (pronounced Kyla).
I am part of our Learning Assistant team here at Pokeno School. I love seeing how enthusiastic all of our children are to learn everyday, and it’s an honour to be working along side them on their learning journeys. I live in Pokeno with my husband and 3 children. I love spending time with my family outdoors dirt biking, upcycling furniture and supporting my children with their sports and hobbies.

Hi! My name is Hilary McCurdy and I joined the team at Pokeno School as a Learning Assistant in 2022. I love working at the school with the amazing children and awesome staff.

I have lived in Pokeno since 2009 after living in Auckland for many years.

I enjoy walking and can often been seen walking the streets of Pokeno. I also enjoy different varieties of crafting including painting rocks.

Hi, I’m Sonia Stephens, I live in Drury with my husband. We have 3 children & 2 grandchildren.
I’m excited to be back working alongside the Teacher Aide Team, supporting and assisting students with learning and well being.
